Milk Fish – Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Milk Fish ("Milk Fish", "we", "our", "us").
These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Milk Fish mobile application, website, smart TV app, and related services.
By accessing or using Milk Fish, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION
Milk Fish is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Users below 18 years are prohibited from using the platform. We implement age-gating mechanisms and require users to confirm they are 18+ before granting access.
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may create only one account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this rule.
4. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
Milk Fish offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Some plans auto-renew unless cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the app settings or your payment provider.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
- Failed or duplicate transactions may be eligible for refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
5. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content on Milk Fish for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not download, copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform any content except through the official app interface.
6. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
- Attempt to download, copy, or record any content from the platform
- Share your account login credentials with others
- Bypass age restrictions or security measures
- Engage in any form of reverse engineering or unauthorized access
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without permission
- Violate any applicable laws while using the service
7. CONTENT MODERATION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We maintain moderation systems to ensure platform safety. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, branding, UI, videos, audio, and technology on Milk Fish are the exclusive intellectual property of Milk Fish and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You have no right to copy, modify, or distribute any platform assets.
9. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The platform and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming or error-free service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milk Fish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Milk Fish is a premium OTT entertainment platform focused on drama, thriller, romance, and mature fictional storytelling for adult audiences. We strictly prohibit pornographic content and maintain strong moderation and age-restriction systems to ensure platform compliance.
